Methods of Ordering  

Lowcarbcanada.ca gives you 4 easy options to place an order. You may do one of the following:

Order Online at www.lowcarbcanada.ca

At Lowcarbcanada.ca we went through great length to ensure our website is user friendly. Once you find the product you like, you can click Add to Cart or Change the quantity and click Add to Cart. As you shop, you can add as many items to your shopping cart as you'd like. After adding the last item, review your Shopping Cart. This page will give you a break down of the product(s) you'd like to purchase, along with the price and quantity for each.
 
If you're ready to checkout, click the Checkout button. The next pages will ask you to verify shipping and billing information and review your purchases a final time. We will not process your order until you click the final Submit Order button.

Modifying your Order: 

Edit My Order If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order. 

Cancel My Order If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may ship the package back to us for a full refund/credit minus the shipping cost incurred by you and us.

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. If the information provided does not match, your order may be delayed in processing.

Taxes
Items shipped within Canada are subject to taxation according to the regulations of Canada.

Items shipped within Ontario will be charged 8% PST and 5% GST.

Items shipped to provinces outside of Ontario will be charged 5% GST.

Items shipped to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador will be charged 13% HST

No tax is charged on shipments to the USA.

International clients please note: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
