Yummy with a catch. This was an interesting foray into low-carb granola. The product is ultra crunchy and so somewhat hard on the teeth, so I'd recommended letting it sit in it's milk (or yogurt whatever) for a while before eating it. It's tasty and a good option for people who love granola, BUT those oligosaccharides will create an amazing , trumpeting symphony of gas sometime in your near future (8 hours or so?). It was somethin' else, I tell ya. That being said, oligosaccharides are supposed to be good for your intestinal flora so you make the call! Written by Nikki on Sat 11 Dec 2010 9:40:26 PM GMT
