Pretty goodYou have to be a low carb dieter craving for non-protein foods to really appreciate this product. I adjust the taste with some meat and spices. It's practically effortless to prepare. I bought it a couple of times and planning to buy more.

Very strange texture and taste.I prepared this according to details and ate it in the staff room at lunch. Normally my coworkers are really interested in what new thing I'm trying, but it was unanimous: this wasn't good. Taste like cardboard, texture like wet cardboard.
