Not Bad at AllAlright, let’s get one thing straight: I’m a bread-lover. Giving up bread is, without a doubt, the single biggest sacrifice I’ve had to make when switching to a low-carb diet. It’s not just that bread is so handy to put all the good stuff on, it’s that bread is dang tasty and satisfying in itself, right? Ok, so having said that, I’m giving this bread 4 stars. It’s not delicious, but it’s pretty good. It does provide a perfect platform for what you’re really eating, without an unpleasant aftertaste or dry, weird texture. In fact, it toasts up fairly well, and even feels reminiscent of real bread. The slices aren’t huge, but not miniscule, either. At 0 net carbs, whatyawant, the moon? Cover it with lots of cream cheese and it's edible.I honestly don't understand those who give a 5 star rating for this bread. The good tasting bread that is low carb has not been invented yet. These breads are a very poor substitue in my opinion. You need to drown it in cream cheese or something for it to be edible. Written by Marty on Wed 7 Sep 2011 12:14:33 PM GMT
Not bad for low carbGlad I tried these, they weren't bad. I also tried the bread and it's good too. I'm really glad you carry these items, I hope to buy more in the future. Written by Angela on Sun 3 Apr 2011 1:44:54 AM GMT
