Customer Reviews
YummyFinally I can eat pancakes and not beat myself up with guilt while I am eating them. I use less water than what the recipe recommends and it helps make them thicker. I will repurchase this item for sure!!

Brilliant pancakesI made these pancakes this morning. They are a little thin but very delicious. I had them with sugar free maple syrup.

Yay New Hope Pancake Mix!I love this mix! It makes a very satisfying pancake on it's own or with berries. It really simplified breakfast for us, having a ready to use mix is much more convenient than blending flours from scratch all the time. Very consistent results, quick to cook, pleasant texture, a hit with those eating low carb and those not. Definitely better than those "regular" mixes and closer to a regular high carb homemade pancake.
