Size: 1oz. Ingredients: Organic Maltodextrin, Organic Dried Whole Eggs, Organic Nonfat Milk, Sea Salt, Organic Lemon, Organic Potato Starch, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Whey, Organic Garlic, Xanthan Gum, Silicon Dioxide, Organic Nutmeg, Citric Acid.
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, melt 4 tbsp. butter on
low heat.
2. Whisk in 1 cup milk, then add packet contents. 3. Bring to a boil, while constantly whisking. Boil until desired thickness is reached. Suggested Uses: Try SO Hollandaise sauce served over freshly steamed asparagus or roasted potatoes.
