Descriptions:
Bearnaise is a sauce made with tarragon and sometimes shallots. It was created to serve with meat dishes. Because of the ingredients in this cream-based sauce, getting the right amount of heat to warm the sauce is key. Both bearnaise and tarragon are well-known as French cuisine ingredients. The chosen variety of tarragon is referred to as French tarragon, Artemesia dracunculus.

Ingredients: Organic Potato Starch, Organic Maltodextrin, Organic Nonfat
Milk, Sea Salt, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Onion, Organic Tarragon, Organic
Garlic, Citric Acid, Organic White Pepper, Organic Turmeric.
Suggested
Uses: In a large skillet, heat oil on
medium-high. Add
mushrooms and sauté
for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add rice. Cook for 5
minutes on
medium-high, gently
stirring rice so it
won’t stick or burn.
Pour chicken broth
into skillet, 1/2
cup at a time, and
reduce heat to a
simmer. Cook for 18
to 20 minutes,
adding chicken broth
and then water as
the rice cooks. For
creamier risotto,
stir throughout
cooking time.
Prior to serving,
mix in Simply
Organic Bearnaise
Mix and Parmesan
cheese.
