ThinSlim Drops contain pure, 100% Kosher USP food grade vegetable glycerin - a non-toxic, natural food substance. Used as a preservative in the food industry, as well as a sweetener, it is very sweet yet contains no sugar. This makes it an ideal sweetener for patients who cannot eat sugar, such as the increasing number of Candida sufferers (vegetable glycerin is said to be the "only acceptable sweetener" for Candida patients). 
The origin of ThinSlim Drops stems from Dr. Simeons’ “Pounds and Inches”. This fat loss program promises to shed up to one pounds per day, although results have been documented that have, at times, been more than one pound per day. ThinSlim Drops have the same result with all natural ingredients; in fact, ThinSlim Drops even provide you with more freedom in your diet allowing 800-1000 calories per day as opposed to Dr. Simeons’ 500 calorie per day diet while still promising the same results.

How ThinSlim Drops Work
ThinSlim Drops work by stimulating the hypothalamus to mobilize the fat out of a person’s abnormal fat deposits as the body’s primary source of energy. The Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) of 800-1000 calories per day triggers your hypothalamus to change your body’s metabolism to continually release the stored nutrients in the abnormal fat deposits. Because your body is using the abnormal fat stores to supplement the missing calories, your body actually feels as though it is operating on thousands of calories per day even though most of these “calories” are coming from fat. The result is your body losing the fat at a rapid rate because it needs these calories to function which can be as high as 1 to 2 pounds of fat lost per day.

Why A VLCD Isn’t Safe Without ThinSlim
A Very Low Calorie Diet without the use of ThinSlim Drops will cause the body to go into a state of reservation. This happens because the body notices the lack of calories being taken in and notices that it needs to have the appropriate amount of energy in order to function. As a result, the body slows down the metabolism to save energy and effectively utilize the small amounts of energy it has from calories consumed. The body will also start to feed off the muscles to obtain the energy it needs in order to function if the caloric intake is too low. ThinSlim Drops work to mobilize the fat from the abnormal fat stores so when the body is exposed to this very low calorie diet, it will feed off of those fat stores instead of going into reservation mode.
A common misconception is that a VLCD in itself will cause a person to lose weight. This couldn’t be any farther from the truth; while consuming less calories will increase your likelihood of losing weight, eating a significantly insufficient amount of calories will cause your body to go into starvation mode. When in starvation mode, your body lowers its metabolism and burns less abnormal fat. The body actually works to protect this extra fat to ensure that it can function should this diet continue and, instead, feeds off of the body’s lean muscle. A lower muscle count in your body lowers your body’s ability to burn calories and lowers your metabolism.
The long term effect is that your body will require less calories to operate and you don’t end up losing any weight – in fact, most people end up gaining weight! ThinSlim Drops are “muscle preserving.” This means that the resulting weight loss comes entirely from the abnormal fat deposits and does not affect your muscles or the structural fat that is needed to protect your body.

What Are the Three Types of Fat in our Body?

Structural Fat: This necessary fat fills the gaps between organs and limbs, and it acts as a sort of "packing material" for the body, for example the fat on the bottom of your feet.

Subcutaneous or "Normal" Fat: This is the fat directly under the skin, and the type we see and notice most. It's what makes us look "flabby". It is the fat the body utilizes most easily when nutritional intake is less than what the body demands and is the fat that is easiest to burn through regular exercise.

Visceral or "Abnormal" Fat: The most dangerous type of fat, it’s excessive accumulations can run throughout the body, surrounding organs, causing obesity and increasing the risk of a number of diseases (i.e., cardiovascular disease, liver disease, diabetes). While exercising or restricting food intake allows the body to utilize normal fat reserves, the body can't access the abnormal fat accumulations as easily. That is why abnormal fat is so hard to get rid of, even with exercise.

ThinSlim drops allow your body to burn the abnormal fat for energy instead of the food you would normally consume. ThinSlim Drops trigger the abnormal fat from areas that are typically hard to reduce and does not negatively affect the normal (healthy) fat or muscle tissue. Normally, when a person lowers their calories and fat, the body begins to store fat and the metabolism slows down which occurs because fat is a life saving source of stored energy. When a combination of a VLCD and ThinSlim drops are used, it signals to the body to access and start using and burning the stored fat for energy. This eliminates excess fat reserves, so there are no bad effects on your metabolism. When fat deposits are released, the body uses it as fuel, which can also aid in appetite suppression.

ThinSlim Protocol

Phase 1: “Loading”
 
Duration: 3 days
·         Fat Load while using ThinSlim Drops
·         Eat high-fat and high-calorie foods
·         Prepares the body for Phase 2
Phase 2: Weight Loss
 
 
 
Duration: At least 21 days
·         Restricted calorie diet with ThinSlim Drops
·         Eat 800-1000 calories per day from the approved food list below
·         Must be followed until at least day 21. If you reach your goal prior to day 21, maintain eating the approved diet foods but increase your caloric intake.
·         Continue beyond 21 days if you have not reached your desired weight in this time frame.
·         ThinSlim Drops can be taken successively without breaks so you can continue to take ThinSlim if you want to continue losing weight! 
Phase 3: RESET
 
Duration: 21 Days
·         For the first 3 days after finishing Phase 2 you must follow the same diet protocol without the ThinSlim Drops
·         Begin using RESET on the fourth day.
·         Continue to eat the approved foods while gradually returning to a normal (Approx. 1500-2000) caloric intake.
Maintenance ·         “Any food in moderation diet”
·         You are allowed to eat any food as long as your weight loss is maintained.
·         Sensible eating while maintaining lower intake levels of sugars and starches.
 
**It is important to weigh yourself daily. Throughout the diet it is important to weigh yourself when you wake up in the morning, after using the restroom and before eating or drinking anything. To get the most accurate weight reading, weigh yourself without clothing.**
ThinSlim Drops are taken 3 times a day, 30 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner. You are to take 10 drops under the tongue and hold them for 30 seconds before swallowing.

Phase 1 - Loading
The more you eat, the more you lose. It may sound wrong, but this is the truth about the first phase of the ThinSlim protocol. While you are in Phase 1 you will be loading up on as many fatty, high calorie foods as you can. It is important to spread your eating across the entire day.
Phase 1 is important because it helps to jump start your metabolism. When ingesting a high amount of fatty, high calorie foods your body increases its fat-burning metabolism in order to utilize all of the energy. It will also help to build up your energy reserves by ensuring that your body’s normal fat reserves are well stocked. It is advised NOT to skip this phase because doing so will slow the weight loss process and cause Phase 2 and Phase 3 to be much more difficult than necessary.
Some people are worried that they will put on extra weight that they will not be able to lose. This is not the case; most if not all of the weight put on during Phase 1 is lost within the first 2 days of Phase 2.

High Fat/Calorie Foods:
Bread with butter, pastries, nuts, avocado, chocolate, whipped cream, ice cream, fried food, salmon, bacon, sausage, pasta, eggs, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, whole milk, pizza.

Phase 2 – Weight Loss
First and foremost it is absolutely imperative that you drink at least 2 liters (10 8-ounce glasses) of water per day to help mobilize the fat and remove the toxins that are known to slow the weight loss process.

Foods you can eat at ANY time and in ANY amount:
Lettuce, celery, cabbage, endive, mushroom, spinach, Shirataki noodles, salad with Walden Farms dressing.

After the third day of loading you will only be allowed 800 calories (women) or 1000 calories (men) per day. The ThinSlim drops will mobilize the stored fat and provide your body with a constant flow of energy and nutrients.
In order to ensure that your hypothalamus is properly reset, a minimum of 21 days is required on this even if you don’t have very many pounds to lose. If you do not reach your desired weight in 21 days we do suggest that you continue with this phase until you have reached your desired weight.
It is important that you follow the below eating guide for each meal in accordance with the approved food list below. You should record the foods you eat in a food journal and see how easy it is to keep track of your diet. Count the caloric value of each meal.

Breakfast:
Any non-caloric fluids in any amount. This could be coffee without sugar (non-sugar sweeteners are okay) and a tablespoon of milk.
One of the following:
a.        One scoop of low carb protein shake (100 calories)
b.       One egg with one egg white
c.        One 1 net carb muffin (CarbWise)
d.       One slice of 0 net carb bread (CarbWise) with any kind of Walden Farms spread.
 
Lunch and Dinner:
One 4-6 ounce protein from the protein list.
4 ounces of vegetables
One slice of 0 net carb bread or half of one 0 net carb bagel (Optional)
 
It is suggested that your heaviest meal be at lunch and that you do not eat after 7:00pm.
Split your portions of meat and vegetables. (Eat 5oz of chicken at lunch and 3oz of chicken at dinner).
 
**If you plateau for 3 consecutive days during Phase 2**
Although not required, you may choose to implement and Apple Day. An Apple Day consists of eating nothing but a maximum of 6 apples, spread throughout the course of the day. This will usually jump start your weight loss.
 
Approved  Foods:
**For all proteins: visible fat must be removed prior to cooking and the portions should be weighed raw. Cooking methods must be steamed, boiled, baked or  
    grilled**.
Seafoods – 6 oz.
Albacore tuna, cod, flounder, halibut, monkfish, perch, pike, pollock, snapper, sole haddock, tilapia, whiting, crab meat, lobster, shrimp, scallops, squid, oyster, clams, mussels, octopus.
Lean Meat Protein – 4 oz.
Veal, steak, ground beef (lean), pork, chicken, turkey, boiled egg and 3 egg whites.
Vegetables – 4 oz. (Steamed or Raw)
Artichoke hearts, asparagus, bean sprouts, beet greens, bell peppers, broccoli,  cabbage, cauliflower, chard, celery, chicory,  collard green, eggplant, endive, escarole, green onion, kohlrabi, lettuce, mushroom, okra, onion, radishes, rhubarb, salad green, sauerkraut, snow peas, spaghetti squash, string beans, tomato, turnips, watercress,  zucchini.

Allowed for cooking and seasoning:
Salt, pepper, soy sauce, sweetener, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, herbs, spices, 1 tablespoon of olive oil (per day).
No starch, root or sugar-heavy veggies such as pumpkin, potato, carrots, peas or corn.

Snacks:
You are allowed 2 snack per day in between meals and must be one of the following:

½ Healthsmart Chocolite bar
4 ounces of fruit from the list below.

Fruits:
Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, cranberries, cantaloupe, one small grapefruit.

Diabetics only allow berries.

**Absolutely no grains, sugar, starch, regular bread or pasta**

Phase 3:
The first 3 days after completing Phase 2 you are to continue with the diet from Phase 2 but without the use of ThinSlim drops. After these days you will steadily increase your caloric intake while utilizing the RESET. For more information on RESET and Phase 3 refer to the RESET information package.

Additional Information
·         While taking ThinSlim Drops you are expected to not perform any physically enduring tasks. Those who are looking to participate in physical activity while on  
          ThinSlim Drops should limit their activity to light walking, yoga, or other non-strenuous physical activity. Avoid heavy lifting as much as possible.
·         It is very important to avoid eating anything prior to taking the drops.
·         Typical results while taking ThinSlim Drops is an average weight loss of 20-30 pounds over a 30 day period.
·         ThinSlim Drops produced no water and muscle weight loss, so all the weight loss is from abnormal fat. Generally women lose ½ pound a day while men lose 1
           pound a day.
·         Men tend to experience a higher average daily weight loss than women.
·         You must follow the entire ThinSlim protocol without deviation for it to be effective.
·         Each bottle lasts approximately 21-25 days.
·         For women, the best results tend to occur when beginning the program the first day after your menstrual cycle ends.
