For a limited time only! Get FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100.00 before taxes within Ontario and Quebec. Orders that are over the weight limit and required a second box, will be charge $8.00 per box.

For orders under $100, standard shipping is $8.00 within Ontario and Quebec.

All orders from $1 - $99.99 and shipped outside of Ontario and Quebec will have a standard shipping charge of $15.00. Orders $100 and up will get a promotional shipping rate of $8. Orders that are over the weight limit and required a second box, will be charge $15.00 per box. 

Note: Please note that we will cover up to $15 in FREE Shipping. If your order exceeds $15 in shipping cost, we will contact you for a resolution.

All orders are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service or UPS Ground. Shipments that require extra shipping charges levied by Canada Post or UPS may not qualify for free shipping and standard shipping. This is a rare occurrence and applies to shipments of excessive weight or those arriving to extremely rural areas. These additional charges are quoted by email, prior to shipping.If you require even faster service, Xpresspost and Priority Courier are available for an extra fee. Please contact us for details.We will process your order within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are sent out daily from Monday to Friday with the exception of Statutory Holidays.For any items that are not available at the time of ordering, we will contact you for further instructions.Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Your order can be tracked at www.canadapost.ca or www.ups.com. Sorry, our free shipping offer does not apply to US and International orders. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product within 30 days. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition (unopened). Please note that customers are responsible for the postage for shipping back the products.

If the delivered order is missing products or contains incorrect products, please contact us to remedy the problem.

Customers are responsible for submitting orders with correct address. If an order is lost or returned due to incorrect address, the order may be re-delivered at customer's cost or, if order is returned, total refund will be minus shipping charges already incurred.

Note: Perishable goods are not refundable as we will not resell them.
