ThinSlim ProtocolThinSlim Protocol
Phase 1 – LOAD (days 1-3):
Begin taking ThinSlim drops as directed. During these 3 days you are to 'gorge’ yourself by eating as much food as you can throughout the day – especially by eating foods that are high in fats (such as whole milk, chocolate, pastries, whipped cream, ice cream, cheese burgers, fried foods, butter, bacon, peanut butter, pizza, mayonnaise, french fries).
This is an important part of the protocol.
People who skip this phase usually suffer from lack of energy during Phase 2.
Phase 2 - LOSE:
Begin the Low Calorie Plan (as outlined on diet plan..shipped with purchase). Continue taking your ThinSlim drops as directed. You are to weigh yourself every morning and track your weight daily. Drink at least 3 liters of water daily. This will help to mobilize the fat and remove the toxins that are known to slow the weight loss process.
Phase 3 – TRANSITION:
(immediately following Phase 2)
You will not use your ThinSlim drops in Phase 3. Instead, you will need to take the ThinSlim Control Drops as directed. You are to continue to weigh yourself every morning as you start to transition off the Low Calorie Plan. You will begin by increasing your proteins, vegetables and low sugar content fruits. Once you’ve increased these foods, you will then add dairy, small quantities of nuts, butter, sauces and salad dressings. DO NOT add sugars or starches until you complete your 3rd week of Phase 3.
NOTE: If you ever have an increase of 2 pounds or more, you are to do a ‘Steak Day’ on that day (the day the scale registers 2 pounds or more over your final Phase 2 weight). On a ‘Steak Day’ you will only drink water and will not eat all day – until dinner. At dinner you will eat a large steak with nothing else. Two hours (or more) after dinner you can eat a some snacks low in calories and low carb. By the next morning your weight should be back to your final Phase 2 weight.
Phase 4 – MAINTENANCE:
(immediately following Phase 3)
Once you complete Phase 3 you will continue to weigh yourself every morning. You can now begin to eat low carb on your diet. Do this slowly and continue to weigh yourself every day. You will notice what your limits are, when consuming low carb food, and will need to moderate yourself accordingly.
You should immediately do a ‘Steak Day’ if you go 2 pounds or more over your final Phase 2 weight. You will notice that if you gain a small amount of weight back, that it will now be evenly distributed throughout your body. This will make it easy to gain 5, or even 10 pounds, and your clothes will still fit. This is why you need to weigh yourself every day and keep track of your weight so it does not get out of control.
