 Stage 1: Metabolic Jumpstart (the FIRST TWO DAYS ONLY of the diet)
The objective in Stage 1 is to jumpstart your metabolism and prepare your body for weight loss in Stage 2.
MUST TAKE ThinSlimRx drops from the FIRST DAY:
• Take 10 drops by holding them under the tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing 3 times a day, about 30 minutes before mealtimes.
• Each bottle of ThinSlimRx Drops lasts approximately 25 days.
Eat high-fat and calorie-rich foods for TWO DAYS ONLY:
*Any weight gained in this phase will usually be lost within the first two days of Stage 2.
**It is important to weigh yourself and drink at least 64 oz of water daily


Stage 2: METABOLIC RESET: (minimum of 21 days)

Continue taking ThinSlimRx drops.
During this phase, you must follow the ThinSlimRx Meal Plan on the following page:

Keep track of your food journal daily, measurements (hip, waist, chest) and weights

(food journal and measurements hyperlink)

You must drink at least 64 oz. of water per day to help flush out the toxins that are known to slow the weight loss process.

Stop eating 3 hours before bedtime.
If you are hungry, choose food from the ThinSlimRx Unlimited Food List (hyperlink).
To ensure that your metabolism is properly reset, a minimum of 3 weeks are required for Stage 2.

Note: If your ideal weight has not been achieved after 3 weeks, continue with Stage 2 until you reach your desired weight.

Congratulation you have done it! Now stop your ThinSlimRx drops and continue with the ThinSlimRx Meal Plan(hyperlink) for 3 consecutive days before proceeding to Stage 3 RESET.


ThinSlimRx PHASE 2 (minimum of 21 days):

PHASE 3: RESET (21 days)

For 3 days STOP taking the ThinSlimRx drops but keep your calorie intake at 800-1000 calories.

On the 4th Day, start taking ThinSlim RESET drops 3 times a day for 21 days.

Gradually increase your calorie intake to 1200-2000 calories from the Phase 2 food lists.

Increase your protein intake.

You may add cheese or dairy in moderation.

Have grain and starch in moderation.



If you gain more than 2 lbs, cut down your food intake, especially dairy products.
