100 g sliced chicken breast
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped kale
2 tbsp diced onions
1 pk prepared Zeroodle, lightly chopped
Bragg’s seasoning of seasoning of your choice
1. Spray a non-stick skillet.
2. Add mushrooms, kale and onions saute for 3 minutes.
3. Add chicken slices, sprinkle with Bragg’s seasoning or seasoning of your choice.
4. Cook until chicken is cooked through serve over Zeroodle.
