Pork Clouds are wonderfully fluffy crisps made from salt cured pork skin: so fluffy that Bacon's Heir could not reasonably call them pork rinds and had to change the name. Bacon's Heir uses a kettle cooking process that is unique, patent pending, and generates outrageously fluffy crisps - the envy of many a cumulus cloud. Pork Clouds are made with pork skin that has most of the fat melted off, which is then cured in salt and dried. After this, they use a unique olive oil kettle cooking process to make them extra fluffy and tasty. Most of the fat in Pork Clouds is the olive oil they cook them in.
