Recommended Use: YOU WILL NEED: 1/2 cup oil, 2 eggs, 1 cup water. MUFFIN DIRECTIONS: HEAT oven to 400 degrees F. Place paper backing cups in muffin cups or grease (or spray with non-stick cooking spray) muffin cups. COMBINE entire box of mix, oil, water and eggs in a large bowl. STIR until moistened. DIVIDE batter evenly into 12 muffin cups. Bake for 17-22 minutes. Test muffins at the lowest suggested time. Muffins are done when toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean. COOL 5-10 minutes and remove from tray before serving.
