This cake mix contains Sukrin instead of sugar, and we have replaced part of the flour with fat-reduced almond flour and resistant starch FiberFin. The result is a delicious low-carb and low GI cake.
Add chopped walnuts or chocolate chips for more crunchiness. The cake is delicious with a (low carb) frosting or a light sprinkle of Sukrin Icing. Or bake as muffins and decorate as you please.
