Egg Omelet Toast

Ingredients:

1 egg and ½ cup egg white, beaten
1 cup diced mushroom, bell pepper and green onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 slice CarbWise Miracle bread

 

 

 

 

Directions:

1. Spray a non-stick skillet.
2. Add egg to skillet.
3. Add mushrooms, pepper and green onion on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Cover and cook on low heat or place in oven at 350 degrees and cook until top is set.
5. Serve with bread.
