Ingredients:

1 slice CarbWise Miracle Bread
1 egg white
sprinkle cinnamon (optional)
sprinkle stevia
1 tbsp. Walden Farms fruit spread

Directions:

1. Beat egg white in a shallow bowl, sprinkle cinnamon and stevia (sugar substitute).
2. Dip the bread in the egg mixture and turn the bread over until it has absorbed all the egg mixture.
3. Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
4. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
5. Remove from pan and top with fruit spread. Enjoy.
