Ingredients:

1/2 cup kale
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup sliced cucumber
1 tsp Splenda or season to taste
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup cold water

Directions:

1. Add kale, spinach and sliced cucumber to blender and until smooth.
2. Season to taste with sea salt and Splenda.
