Ingredients: 

100 g ground turkey
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup salsa
2 tbsp diced onions
1 tbsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients in a non-stick pot.
2. Cook with medium heat until all ingredients are cook through and serve.
