  Mushroom Omelet

Ingredients:

1/2 cup egg white, beaten
1 cup chopped mushroom
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro or other herbs
1 tbsp salsa
Cooking Spray

 

Directions:

1. Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
2. Add eggs, mushrooms and sprinkle with cilantro.
3. Turn eggs over, add salsa, fold and serve.
