Ingredients:

100 g ground turkey breast
1/2 tbsp chopped onions
1/2 tbsp chopped mushrooms
1 egg white
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp Bragg seasoning or seasoning of your choice
1/4 cup low carb tomato sauce
Cooking spray

Directions:

1. Mix first 6 ingredients together and form into balls.
2. Place on a sprayed non-stick baking sheet.
3. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Prepare noodles according to product instruction.
5. Place meatballs on noodles and top with sauce.
