You will need: 3 large or ex-lg or jumbo eggs, 3 Tbsp softened butter, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup water. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat an 8" x 4" w loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. In medium sized bowl combine all ingredients. Using a whisk or electric mixer on low, blend one minute until well mixed. Spoon into loaf pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes (until tooth-pick or knife inserted into center comes out clean). Makes 16 servings, 1/2" thick slices. Freeze left overs for up to 2 months.
