This Reduced Sugar Coconut Aminos has 65% less sugar than regular Coconut Aminos and taste more like authentic-brewed soy sauce! We use a proprietary sugar-reducing fermentation of the coconut sap that takes 12 days before soaking it in a bath of unrefined sea salt. It has the rich savory taste of traditional tamaris and soy-sauces but without the soy and 50% less sodium than regular soy sauce!
