100 g extra lean ground beef
1 tbsp finely minced onion
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 tbsp Walden Farms mayo
Dash garlic powder and onion powder
Cayenne pepper to taste
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 slice CarbWise zero carb bread, toasted
Sautéed mushrooms
Sliced tomato and lettuce
Caramelized onion (optional)


1. Mix ingredients thoroughly and form into 2 to 3 patties.
2. Fry in small frying pan until meat cook through or grill on the barbecue.
3. If using frying pan add small amounts of water and deglaze pan to intensify flavor.
4. Add stevia, lemon juice, and Bragg’s liquid amino’s to create a slight teriyaki flavor, or top with caramelized onion garnish.
5. Serve on top of CarbWise Bread, top cooked hamburgers with sauteed mushrooms or top with tomato, lettuce and Walden Farms mayo.
