  Open Faced Tuna Sandwich


1/4 cup tuna, drained
1 tbsp. rinsed and finely chopped capers
1 tbsp. finely chopped green onion
1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil (optional)
Pepper and lemon juice to taste
1 Slice CarbWise Zero Carb Bread or 1 Joseph’s Bakery Pita


1. Combine tuna, capers, green onion, basil, lemon juice.
2. Season with pepper and spoon mixture onto CarbWise Bread or 1 Joseph Pita.
